Ingredients
- 1 cup skim or soy milk
- 6 oz (80-calorie) vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed oil (MUFA)
- Handful of ice OR 1 cup frozen berries
Preparation
Step 1
Combine milk, yogurt, and fresh berries plus ice OR frozen berries in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, transfer to a glass, and stir in flaxseed oil.
