Vanilla Yogurt and Berry Smoothie

  • 1 cup skim or soy milk
  • 6 oz (80-calorie) vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed oil (MUFA)
  • Handful of ice OR 1 cup frozen berries



Step 1

Combine milk, yogurt, and fresh berries plus ice OR frozen berries in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, transfer to a glass, and stir in flaxseed oil.
