Asian Pear and Avocado Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 15-oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 medium Asian pear, cored and thinly sliced, slices halved
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado, pitted, peeled, and diced
  • 1 small jalapeño chile, stemmed, seeded, and minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tbs. fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbs. canola oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
