Ingredients
- 3 cup fresh cran
- 2 c sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1/4 salt
- 2/3 boiling h20
- 1 cup raisins- dark seeded muscat ( no seeds)
- 2 lemon peal
- 2 T butter
Preparation
Step 1
put crust in pan
3/4 pan
sugar lour salt
hot water
stir in cran raisins lemon
cook until cran pop
add butter
set aside
pour into pie shell
arrange strips in weave
brush top w beaten egg and sugar
sprinkle top w sugar
bake 25 minutes @ 350 degrees F [preheat @ 425 degrees f
good to freeze after cooked
