Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbs flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tbs cider vinegar
- Spanish peanuts
- 1 8oz Cool Whip
- 1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple, reserve the juice
- 4 cups chopped apples
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar & flour, add egg to this mixture. Sir in vinegar & reserved pineapple juice. Heat to a soft boil, when thickened remove from heat. Cool. Combine apples, peanuts & pineapple. Add whipped topping. Mix with cooled sauce & refrigerate.
