Ingredients
- 2 15 oz cans black beans (rinse & drained)
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 15 1/4 oz can corn, drained
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 3/4 cup diced red pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
Combine beans, corn, pepper, onions & cilantro. Stir together lime juice, cumin & garlic salt. Pour over.
