FETTUCINI CARBONARA By: Gail Fay

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fettucini cooked
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 pint cream (heavy)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup bacon;crumbled
  • 1 salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

While fettucini is cooking preheat heavy ceramic bowl to 300 degrees F
Heat cream.
In bowl toss pasta with butter.
In a seperate bowl beat eggs.
Add hot cream and beat quickly then add to pasta.
Quickly toss egg mixter throughout pasta till well coated.
Add parmesan cheese, bacon and parsley and toss.
