Artichoke Dip by Jeri Ogborn

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese; grated
  • 1 clove garlic; minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts; drained, chopped.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Microwave 2 min on high.
stir, add Artichokes, cook one more min.
Serve with chips, crackers, french bread toasts.
