Ingredients
- 1/2 cup TFM maple syrup 1/2 tsp. ginger, minced
- 1 T. lemon juice 1 1/4 lbs. salmon
- 2 T. soy sauce 2 tbsp. scallions, thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except salmon and scallions. Cut salmon fillet into 4 serving pieces. Place in shallow glass or plastic dish. Drizzle marinade over fish reserving about 1/4 cup marinade. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Preheat grill to medium-high, place fish in oiled foil or directly onto oiled grill grate. Cook until fish flakes easily with fork, about 5 minutes per side. To serve, drizzle reserved 1/4 cup marinade over fish; top with scallions.
