Ingredients
- 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple w/juice
- 1 1 oz. pkg. lemon instant pudding (sugar free-powder only)
- 1 8 oz. carton light whipped topping
- 1 11 oz. can mandarian oranges-drained (save 6-8 for top)
- 9 or 10 inch graham cracker crust
Preparation
Step 1
Combine crushed pineapple with pudding mix. Mix by hand gently. Stir in whipped topping and drained oranges. Pour into crust and garnish with oranges. Chill for 8 hours.
