Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups milk
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 2 slices day-old bread cubed
• 1 pound sausage cooked, drained, and crumbled
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except cheese. Let stand overnight in refrigerator in 9- by 12-inch casserole.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
