Ingredients
- 15-20 chicken wings
- 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 5 sprigs rosemary
- 5 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 tblsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450.
1. Combine balsamic vinegar, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, rosemary & garlic in large ziploc bag.
2. Add the wings into marinade.
3. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. Bake 30-35 minutes until skin is caramelized.
5. While chicken is cooking place remaining marinade in saucepan.
6. Bring to a boil & cook 15 minutes.
7. Brush chicken with cook marinade.
8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds & parsley.
