Ingredients
- 2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tbs butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine potatoes, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in slow cooker, mix well. Cover, cook on low 7 hours or on high 4 hr.s
2. Add butter and vanilla and gently stir to blend.
