lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into ½ inch pieces
cup dark brown sugar
tsp ground cinnamon
tsp ground nutmeg
tbs butter, cut into small pieces
1. Combine potatoes, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in slow cooker, mix well. Cover, cook on low 7 hours or on high 4 hr.s 2. Add butter and vanilla and gently stir to blend.
