Parmesan Potatoes

  • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp grated parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh or 1 tsp dried basil leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.

Divide potato slices between two 30x18" sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle with salt. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over potatoes. Wrap foil securely around potatoes; pierce top of foil once or twice with fork to vent steam.

Cover and grill foil packets, seam side up, 4-6" from med heat, 18-23 min rotating packets once, until potatoes are tender. Place packets on plates; unfold foil.
