Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Peanut or vegetable oil
  • 3 tb Fresh lemon juice
  • 4 1/2 tb Tamari or low-sodium soy
  • 2 1/2 tb Sesame oil
  • 3 Cloves garlic; minced
  • 1 Green onion; thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 ts Ground ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in jar with a screw-on top and shake vigorously. Use for Tofu Shish Kebab or grilled Mushrooms
