Ingredients
- 1/2 c Peanut or vegetable oil
- 3 tb Fresh lemon juice
- 4 1/2 tb Tamari or low-sodium soy
- 2 1/2 tb Sesame oil
- 3 Cloves garlic; minced
- 1 Green onion; thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 ts Ground ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in jar with a screw-on top and shake vigorously. Use for Tofu Shish Kebab or grilled Mushrooms
