Ingredients
- 3 ) 6 oz containers strawberry low-fat yogurt
- 3 oz pkg Strawberry Jello
- 8 Strawberries, fresh, halved
- Variations: Sugar free Jello ( any flavor )
- Yogurt ( any flavor )
Preparation
Step 1
Mix yogurt and DRY jello mix in 1.5 microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 2 minutes; stir. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes more, until jello is completely dissolved, stirring after each minute.
Spoon into 16 paper lined mini muffin cups. Refrigerate 1 hour or til firm.
Remove yogurt bites from liners; top with strawberries and serve.
Note: I doubled the recipe and put in plastic parfait cups
