Pickled Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1/2 salmon. filleted & skinned
  • 1 small jar chili sauce
  • 2 tblsp. pickling spices
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tblsp. oil
  • 2 onions, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Boil salmon until done. Cool.
2. Boil remaining ingredients 5-10 minutes. Cool.
3. Pour marinade over fish & refrigerate at least 1 week.
