Ingredients
- 1/2 salmon. filleted & skinned
- 1 small jar chili sauce
- 2 tblsp. pickling spices
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tblsp. oil
- 2 onions, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil salmon until done. Cool.
2. Boil remaining ingredients 5-10 minutes. Cool.
3. Pour marinade over fish & refrigerate at least 1 week.
