Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. Mild Italian Sausage - grilled and coin size sliced
- 1 pkg. rigatoni pasta
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large red papper, chunked and sauteed
- 3 1/2 cups pasta sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage - slice and keep warm. Cook pasta according to directions.
In a large pan, place olive oil and garlic, saute lightly for 30 seconds. Add peppers and cook until crisp-tender (or to desired tenderness). Combine cooked sausage and pasta sauce with peppers, heat until warm. Mix with the pasta. Top with fresh parsley - serve warm.
