Turkey Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup panko crumbs
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 Tbsp minced scallions
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp canola oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large bowl, blend ground turkey with panko, egg white, scallions, garlic, soy sauce, parsley, lemon zest and juice. Shape into 4 equal patties.

2. Heat canola oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook turkey patties for about 5-7 min on each side or until cooked through.
