Step 1
Use 6 oz salmon fillet. In a skillet saute 2 tsp minced garlic with 1/2 c butter. Whisk in 6 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp hot sauce. Transfer 2/3 c to a serving bowl. Place salmon in a greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Drizzle salmon with remaining lemon butter. Broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 10-15 minutes or until fish is fully cooked. Serve salmon fillets with reserved lemon butter. I TRIED THIS ON 10/12/10, I ACTUALLY GRILLED THE SALMON, I USED COHO. IT WAS VERY GOOD BUT COULD HAVE USED MORE SALT.
