- Potatoes, thinly sliced (not all the way through)
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Herbs
Preparation
Step 1
Thinly slice potatoes almost all the way through. drizzle with butter, olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs (optional). Bake at 425 for about 40 min.
