Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp sugar
- 4 Tbs oil
- 4 Tbs tequila
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 4 tsp lime juice plus more for serving

Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, mix garlic, sugar, oil, tequila, soy sauce and fresh lime juice. Add shrimp and allow to marinate at least 20 minutes. Grill shrimp 2 -3 minutes on each side or until done. Squeeze fresh lime juice over each skewer before serving.
