Ingredients
- 8 oz. uncooked fettucine
- 1/3 C. butter
- 1/2 C. evaporated fat-free milk
- 3/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese blend
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook fettuccine as directed on package.
2. While fettuccine is cooking, heat butter & milk in 2-qt. saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Stir in cheese, salt & pepper. Toss in chicken.
3. Drain pasta. Pour sauce over fettuccine. Sprinkle with parsley.
