Ingredients
- 4 large apples, peeled, cored and quartered
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup orange juice or water
Preparation
Step 1
Unroll crescent roll dough. Separate eight triangles and cut each in half, making 16 triangles. Place each apple piece on wide end of a triangle and roll up. Arrange in 9" square pan. Drizzle with margarine; sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle juice or water over all.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
Serve warm, plain or with ice cream.
