Broccoli Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 10-oz packages frozen cut broccoli in cheese sauce
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced dry onion
  • milk

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare broccoli per package. Place in food processor. Add sour cream, lemon juice and onion. Cover and blend until smooth, stopping as needed to scrape sides. Cover and chill.

At serving time, if needed to make dipping consistency, add milk.

Serve with vegetables or breadsticks.
