Salad, Lime

Ingredients

• 1/4 lb. or 16 marshmallows
• 1 c. milk
• 1 pkg. lime gelatin(small)
• 2 - 3 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
• 1 #2 can, crushed pineapple (2 1/2 c.)
• 1 c. whipped topping
• 2/3 c. Miracle Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Melt marshmallows with milk in double boiler.
Add gelatin, stir until dissolved.
Add pineapple and juice, cool until slightly thick.
Add whipped cream and Miracle Whip.
Chill
