Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 chicken breast halves cut into thin strips
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 1/2 cups penne pasta
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup half and half
- 3 1/2 ounces gargonzola
- parm cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter. Add chicken and garlic with salt and pepper. Fry over medium heat for 3 minutes. Pour wine and cream over chicken. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Cook pasta, steam broccoli. Mix together with gargonzola. Top with parm.
