• Ingredients
• 2 cans black beans
• 2/3 cup tomato juice (I often use a can of Rotel tomatoes instead. It gives it a nice kick!)
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tsp cumin
• 4 T oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 T chopped cilantro
