Ingredients
- 2 one pound pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into 1" inch chunks
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 6 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Add pork and combine.
2. Refrigerate for a least one hour
3. Place pork on 4 metal skewers
4. Grill for 5 minutes each side or until done over high heat
5. Cover pork skewers loosely with aluminum foil for 5 minutes
6. Serve with rice or roasted potatoes
