Ingredients
- 1 qt. strawberries, hulled
- 3 T. cornstarch
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 baked pie shell
Preparation
Step 1
Crush ¾ of berries. Mix with cornstarch, lemon juice, and sugar; cook over low heat until thick. Set aside to cool. Put remainder of berries in pie shell. Pour cooled mixture over berries. Let stand till set.
