Ingredients
- 6-7 large Vidalia onions, peeled and sliced into thin rings
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan heese
- 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion rings in butter until clear and slightly browned. Layer onion rings with cheese and crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes, uncovered.
