Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbs Flour
- 1 1/2 tbs sugar
- 2 tbs mayonnaise
- 3/4 bag self rising white corn meal
- buttermilk..til moist
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients
place in cast iron skillet and bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes
