Ingredients
- 1 pkg ramen noodles
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 bag salad mix
- 1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli
- 4 green onions chopped
- 1/2 cupped chopped walnuts
- Dressing
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Saute ramen noodles in butter until brown. Combine all salad items in a bowl. Mix all dressing items and pour over salad.
