Ingredients
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 can 8oz crushed pineapple undrained
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
- 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 325.
SPOON cherry pie filling into a 13x9 pan. Spread pineapple over cherry filling. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pineapple. Pour melted margarine evenly over all. Bake for 30 minutes.
REMOVE from oven and sprinkle coconut and pecans. Return to oven and bake for another 30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with vanilla ice cream or cool whip.
