Ingredients
- 16 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 stick butter, room temp
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Place 10 oz chocolate in a heatproof bowl, melt. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
In a mixer, beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until combined. Beat in melted chocolate. Gradually add flour mixture, beating after each time. Fold in 6 oz chopped chocolate and cranberries.
Scoop onto cookie sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake 15-17 minutes. Let cool 3 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
