Ham and Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pasta shells, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup sliced radishes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt or fat-free sour cream
  • 2 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. chopped chives
  • 1 tsp. tarragon vinegar or cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine pasta, ham, bell pepper, celery, radishes and green onions in a large bowl.

Combine mayonnaise, yogurt or sour cream, mustard, garlic, chives, vinegar and salt in a blender. Process until well blended.

Pour dressing over salad. Toss gently to combine. Chill until serving time.
