Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp blackstrap molasses, to taste
  • 1/2 large banana, frozen
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • Whipped Coconut cream if desired

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a high speed blender, combine all ingredients except ice and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.

2. Then add ice and blend.

3. Then add maple syrup and slightly blend
