Ingredients
- 1 cup fat free cottage cheese
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced in half
- salt optional
Preparation
Step 1
IN a blender, puree the cottage cheese and the skim milk which take about 4 minutes. Mix in the lemon juice, garlic, onion and salt to taste.
