- 5 to 6 lbs pork shoulder roast
- garlic salt
- pepper
- chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300. Pour 1 can of chicken broth in the bottom of a roasting pan. Sprinkle roast with garlic salt and pepper. Place on the rack of the roasting pan. Cover and bake for 5 hours.
