Step 1
Combine 1/2 c soy sauce, 1/3 c water, 1/4 s sugar, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 4 green onions sliced, 1/2 medium onion sliced, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds, dash of pepper. Then mix in 2 1/2 lbs chicken wings, cover and refirgerate for 2-3 hours, turning occasionally. Put chicken on a shallow rack in a baking pan. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. Turn and bake an additional 20 minutes.
