Ingredients
- 2 vanilla beans
- 3 coarse cracked peppercorns
- 2 c H2O
- 4 1/2 c sugar
- 4 banannas peeled cut into 4 pc lengthwise
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 750 ml white rum
- 1 750 ml dark rum
Preparation
Step 1
Split vanilla beans scrape seeds, Put into a saucepan and mix the beans, seeds, peppercorn, salt, water and sugar
Bring to a boil until thick syrup
Strain and Cool syrup
Combine rum and cooled syrup.
Divide the spices among 4 clean and dry bottles. Add 1 pc of bananna to each bottle. Pour cooled rum mixture into bottles. Cheers!
