Ingredients
- cook:
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3 T. whipping cream
- when sugar melts pour into 2
- 9 inch greased cake pans
- sprinkle weith 3/4cup chopped pecans
- beat:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- add:
- 15 oz. can pumpkin
- 1/4 t. vanilla
- 2 cps flour
- 2 t. baking powder
- 2 t. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 t. salt
Preparation
Step 1
spoon into cake pans
bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
cool for 5 minutes and remove from pan
praline side up, spread with cool whip
sprinkle with chopped pecans
refrigrate
