Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 3 cups sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup flour
Preparation
Step 1
Beat potatoes, sugar, margarine, eggs, milk, salt and vanilla together until smooth. Pour into baking dish. Combine topping ingredients and spoon topping over sweet potato mixture. At this point maybe refrigerate and bake next day. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
