Ingredients
- 2 tbls cornstarch
- 2 tabls margarine or butter
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbls chopped dried onion
- Couple sprinkles of cayene pepper or
- block of pepperjack cheese
- 2 1/2 C milk
- 8 ox. (2 C) shredde cheddar cheese (4 cheese mix is good)
- 2 C elbow macaroni
Preparation
Step 1
grease 8 x 8 ovenproof pan
Cook macaroni only 6 min then drain
put in pan
Make paste of butter and cornstarch
add in mustard, pepper, onion c..pepper
gradually ad milk
when thick add cheese
blend til disolved
pour over macaroni
Bake 375 for 25 - 30 min
