Chocolate-Caramel Dipped Apples

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 14 ounces caramels
  • 6 medium apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 6 popsicle sticks

Preparation

Step 1

Stick a popsicle stick into each apple. Spread nuts on a large plate. Heat chocolate, water, and caramels over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth. Dip apples into mixture and roll into nuts. Let sit until chocolate-caramel cools and hardens.
