Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes cut into chunks
- 2-3 tbs olive or coconut oil
- 1 tbs ground cumin
- 1 tbs ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly wash potatoes and cut them into chunks. Spread the potatoes across a baking sheet or large roasting pan.
2. Combine the spices together and sprinkle over the potatoes then pour oil over potatoes until the potatoes are evenly covered. Sprinkle water over the potatoes and place in oven. Check every 15 min. to turn the potatoes as they brown. They will need to cook about 40 min. total.
