Ingredients
- 6 carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 T butter or olive oil
- 1 sm onion, sliced
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced or julienne
- 3 T chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook carrots in oil over med high heat, stirring constantly, 4min or until crisp. Add onion, cook, 1min. Stir in zucchini and remaining ingredients, cook 1 min, stirring constantly. Serve immediatley.
