Cornish Pie

Ingredients

• Dough. in Cuisinart
• 4 oz cream cheese
• 1 stick warm butter
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 tsp salt
• 11/2 + 2Tbs flour Pulse a little
• divide in 2 and put in fridge
• Filling.
• I cup onions ,
• green peppers chopped,
• 1 lb ground beef,
• 1/4 cup chopped green olive,
• 3/4 cup raisin,
• 1 tsp cumin,
• 1 tsp salt, Tbs honey, pepper. Stir up, cool it in fridge.

Preparation

Step 1

Roll out cheese dough. add 1 egg white into beef mixture. Cut out rounds. around plate, paint water edge on one side. too little filling in rounds and close up, put on parchment and cover with egg wash

350* oven until brown
