Ingredients
- 2 cans minced clams
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 6-8 clove of garlic minced
- 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pound spaghetti
Preparation
Step 1
1.Drain clams, heat olive oil inlarge skillet, add garlic , cook til fragrant.
2.Add parsley, clams, salt and pepper to taste, cook over medium heat about 5 minutes
3. Cook spaghetti till el dente, toss with clam sauce and serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese on top
4. Serve with Crusty bread and salad
